Hi Pauli,
Thanks for taking the time to provide some info about garage door sizes. Here in Atlanta, most sizes are standard 7′ tall and either 8 or 9 feet wide on a one car door or 16 and 18 foot wide for the standard 2 car door. That being said, we agree with you about smaller widths and heights being a bit of a squeeze on larger vehicles sometimes. Building a custom garage door can be a great way to address any concerns about size and accommodating any household’s needs. Having the ability to choose the garage door’s size, materials and appearance can go a long way.

Hi Hugh,standard double door size is from 12 7 to 16 7. If you have a SUV or some other large car, you ushold be looking for the 8 feet in height.My advice is to take 14 or 16 feet wide it depends on the size of your cars. And for the height of the door it also depends on the height of your cars try to think also in advance, if you plan to buy something bigger in the future, take bigger doors.About the prices, it really depends on what kind of doors you are looking for, basic model or something with bells and whistles.Best regards

They come in white, almond, sandtone, and brown colors, as well as 4 different wood tones: Mahogony, Cedar, Dark Oak and Light Oak. I’ll send an email this afternoon with pricing and a little more information on these doors, just in case you’d like to refer back to it later.
